Refund policy
At HOME, we do not have any Refund Policy.
We expect all our juices, milks and waters to be refrigerated all the time to ensure they stay fresh and healthy to drink. If they are not collected by the delivery driver early in the morning or if the delivery is missed, we won't consider a return or any other alternative for the product purchased.
We strongly recommend to consult your GP before trying our products or undergoing a Juice Cleanse. Our recommendations are designed to suit common metabolism and therefore is general. We have taken expert opinions and consulted Dietician and Nutritionist to ensure we meet our purpose of the product we are dealing with. Results may vary from person to person.
If you have encountered the product to be damaged or not in a state to be consumed, please contact our store on 1300 464 729 (1300 GOH RAW) for any further discussion.
Alternatively you can send us email detailing your concerns with proof of photos or additional documentation and we will endeavour to get back to you at our earliest convenience.
