Frequently Asked Questions

 

  • 1- Day Cleanses can be started on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday. 
  • 3- Day Cleanses can be started on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. 
  • 5-Day Cleanses can be started on Monday ONLY. 

Due to the perishability of our juices, you MUST start on the day you pick it up / it is delivered OR the next day. 

Please state when checking out which date you would like to begin your cleanse. For pickup or delivery in line with the above days, you MUST order by 5pm AEST the day prior.

**PUBLIC HOLIDAYS** -  We do deliver on public holidays as well, so if you have prior arrangements regarding your order, please let us know via email.

We have two options; store pick up or delivery via courier. 

Store pick up is free and will require you to pick up from our store at Shop 4, 699 Collins St Docklands between the hours of 8:00am and 3:00pm Monday - Friday. 

Each day of juice cleanse includes seven glass bottles, so please note that they are quite heavy. If you’re going to pick them up from the store, we recommended having a car close by or asking a friend to help carry them.  If you’re not sure you can manage, we can always deliver them to work or home.

We do not currently deliver interstate or internationally.  Please contact us for regional delivery quotes.

  • If you are doing a 1-day cleanse you will receive one bag of juices. 
  • If you are doing a 3-day cleanse you will receive three bags of juices (one for each day) 
  • If you are doing a 5-day cleanse you will receive three bags of juices on Monday morning (one for each day) and the other two days on Thursday morning.

At Home Pressed Juices, each Cleanse is made specifically to order, in small batches, and always packed and sent from the fresh batch.

Your preferred delivery date is selected on the cart page, after you have added a product to your cart. different postcodes may have different delivery options.

Note: We work with multiple external Refrigerated transport companies so all further communications will be sent from them once it leaves our store.

We always recommend you start your cleanse a day after the delivery. This is to ensure that you have product in hand for early start and also you prepare your mind and body for the program to achieve maximum outcome from our product. It is advisable to always refrigerate our product once you receive the delivery and only take out at the time of consumption.

On the day of Delivery – General Info:

We recommend you be at home to receive the product; however, if you aren’t home at the time of delivery, our drivers will leave them at the safest place possible, as our cleanses are packaged in an insulated bags to ensure the juices remain cold for many hours.

Delivery is a flat fee of $18, regardless of the suburb and regardless of the amount of times your order requires delivery. for example; a 5, 6, 7-day cleanse will require two deliveries, however, you will only be charged once.

Weekdays and Weekends (during business hours, 8am-5pm): to your home or office.

Note: Please carefully choose delivery date and location as our delivery companies aren’t flexible to accommodate last minute changes. We always try our best to work with you and the company to accommodate this request.

If you live in an apartment building, please provide very specific notes (door access codes, etc.) so the driver can access your building/concierge. if no-one is home for a weekday delivery, then perhaps a Sunday evening delivery is a better option ;)

Note: Delivery company doesn’t come up to your floor or room. They will safely leave them at the entrance foyer and all communications and notification will be sent via text so ensure you will be responsible for receiving the delivery.

if your postcode doesn't allow delivery on the day or time you prefer, you can always have the cleanse delivered to a friend or family member in a delivery zone with more delivery time options (i.e., inner metro).

5-day, 6-day and 7-day cleanses:

5-day, 6-day and 7-day cleanse may receive multiple deliveries to maintain the integrity and freshness of certain items (incurring no extra charge.) to confirm what your delivery schedule would be based on your postcode and starting date, please email the team and we can let you know.
