All Your FAQs Answered About Our Juice Delivery in Melbourne

When can I start my cleanse?

  • 1 or 2 Day Cleanse can be started on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday.
  • 3 or 4 Day Cleanse can be started on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.
  • 5-Day Cleanse can be started on Monday ONLY.

Due to the perishability of our juices, you MUST start on the day you pick it up / it is delivered OR the next day.

Please state when checking out which date you would like to begin your cleanse. For pickup or delivery in line with the above days, you MUST order by 5 pm AEST the day prior.

**PUBLIC HOLIDAYS** -  We do deliver on public holidays as well, so if you have prior arrangements regarding your order, please let us know via email.

    How do I get my cleanse?

    We have two options, store pick-up or delivery via courier.

    Store pick-up is free and will require you to pick up from our store at Shop 4, 699 Collins St, Docklands between the hours of 8:00 am and 3:00 pm Monday - Friday.

    Each day of the juice cleanse includes seven glass bottles, so please note that they are quite heavy. If you’re going to pick them up from the store, we recommend having a car close by or asking a friend to help carry them.  If you’re not sure you can manage, we can always deliver them to your work or home.

    We do not currently deliver interstate or internationally. Please contact us for regional delivery quotes.

    When will my cleanse arrive?

    For inner-city delivery, your cleanse will be with you between 8:30 am and 1:30 pm. For the outer suburbs, it may take a little longer but will get to you by 5 pm at the latest.

    If you wish to have your juice delivered at a particular time, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate this. 

    Please ensure you have a space to refrigerate your juices when they arrive. 

    How do they come? 

    • If you are doing a 1-day cleanse, you will receive one bag of juices.
    • If you are doing a 3-day cleanse, you will receive three bags of juices (one for each day)
    • If you are doing a 5-day cleanse, you will receive three bags of juices on Monday morning (one for each day) and another two days on Thursday morning.

    Can I change my delivery address to the one provided?

    Yes, but we will need at least one day's notice. Please contact us here.

    Who do I call if my cleanse hasn't arrived?

    There is flat $18 Delivery Charge for all the Metropolitan Cities within 30KMS.

    We do deliver to Regional Victoria as well or for any deliveries outside 30KMS is $36

    Promotions and discount codes

    Any active promotional or coupon code can be applied to your order, where relevant, in the 'Shipping Method' step of the checkout process.
    You'll see a box with the word 'discount' above your cart total. Enter the active code and press the grey 'Apply' box. The code will appear below in the 'Discount' line, and the discount will be subtracted from your overall total.

    Terms and Conditions of Our Juice Cleanse Delivery.

    1. Our produce is ordered exactly as needed, and therefore all orders must be placed by 5 pm the day prior to delivery or pick up.
    2. Any cancellation requests MUST be sent to lovetochat@homejuice.com.au 48 hours prior to delivery. We do not guarantee a refund if you change your mind about your order, however, we will do whatever we can to assist if this situation occurs.
    3. If you're not home at the time of delivery, we will leave your juices at your house at your own risk. As the juices as raw and cold-pressed, your juice and milk should not be left out of the fridge for any more than 2 hours.  Please refrigerate the products as soon as possible.
    4. While we do everything within our power to ensure timely delivery, external factors like weather, traffic, freight, etc. may affect your delivery time.
    5. If you choose not to start consuming your juices on the day you get your cleanse, please note that some of your juices may expire by the time you consume them.
