When can I start my cleanse?
- 1- Day Cleanses can be started on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday.
- 3- Day Cleanses can be started on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.
- 5-Day Cleanses can be started on Monday ONLY.
Due to the perishability of our juices, you MUST start on the day you pick it up / it is delivered. If you choose not to start on the day you get your cleanse, please note that some of your juices may be expired by the time you consume them.
Please state when checking out which date you would like to begin your cleanse. For pickup or delivery in line with the above days, you MUST order by 5pm AEST the day prior.
**PUBLIC HOLIDAYS** - We do not deliver on public holidays, so if you have a recurring order, your juices will be delivered the day after.
How do I get my cleanse?
We have two options; store pick up or delivery via courier.
Store pick up is free and will require you to pick up from our store at Shop 9, 720 Bourke St Docklands between the hours of 7:30am and 4:00pm Monday to Friday.
Each day of juice cleanse includes seven glass bottles, so please note that they are quite heavy. If you’re going to pick them up from the store, we recommended having a car close by or asking a friend to help carry them. If you’re not sure you can manage, we can always deliver them to work or home.
We do not currently deliver interstate or internationally. Please contact us for regional delivery quotes.
When will my cleanse arrive?
For inner city delivery, your cleanse will be with you between 7:30am and 9:30am. For outer suburbs it may take a little longer but will get to you by 11am at the latest.
If you wish to have your juice delivered at a particular time, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate this.
Please ensure you have a space to refrigerate your juices when they arrive.
How do they come?
- If you are doing a 1-day cleanse you will receive one bag of juices.
- If you are doing a 3-day cleanse you will receive three bags of juices (one for each day)
- If you are doing a 5-day cleanse you will receive five bags of juices on Monday morning (one for each day)
Can I change my delivery address to the one provided?
Yes but we will need at least one day's notice. Please contact us here.
Who do I call if my cleanse hasn't arrived?
Please give us a call on 1300 464 729 or send us an email at email@example.com so we can chase up where your cleanse is!
Promotions and discount codes
Any active promotional or coupon code can be applied to your order, where relevant, in the 'Shipping Method' step of the checkout process.
You'll see a box with the word 'discount' above your cart total. Enter the active code and press the grey 'Apply' box. The code will appear below in the 'Discount' line, and the discount will be subtracted from your overall total.
Terms and Conditions.
- Our produce is ordered exactly as needed, and therefore all orders must be placed by 5pm the day prior to delivery or pick up.
- Any cancellation requests MUST be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org 48 hours prior to delivery. We do not guarantee a refund if you change your mind about your order, however will do whatever we can to assist if this situation occurs.
- If you're not home at the time of delivery, we will leave your juices at your house at your own risk. As the juices as raw and cold-pressed, your juice and mylk should not be left out of the fridge for any more than 2 hours. Please refrigerate the products as soon as possible.
- While we do everything within our power to ensure timely delivery, external factors like weather, traffic, freight, etc. may affect your delivery time.
- If you choose not to start consuming your juices on the day you get your cleanse, please note that some of your juices may be expired by the time you consume them.
