*Generally oils 3, 4, 5 and 6 and 7 are used for cooking.*

*Whereas 1 and 2 are rarely used as topping for dry chutneys or salads*

*TRY TO USE 1 AND 2 OILS IN COLD FORM DURING MEALS.*  

*Actually ...the idea is to use virgin olive oil which is to be had for its healthy lipid contents and so is coconut oil and flax seed oil.*

*So it has to be had in cold form only. By applying it on bhakris or taking it on "varan bhaat"( daal chaval) like we take "pure ghee " it gets consumed...*
